Remote Data Engineer II

Description:

• Join VERSANT as a Data Engineer II to build, maintain, and enhance data platforms and pipelines for GolfNow and the Sports Next ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, product teams, and analytics partners to develop scalable data solutions that support analytics and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in data engineering or related technical discipline with hands-on experience in cloud-based data pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience in ETL/ELT workflows and structured/semi-structured data.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data engineering practices.
• Familiarity with AWS technologies (Glue, Lambda, Step Functions) and orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage assigned work independently.
