Description:

Own and evolve Koala Health’s end-to-end data infrastructure, including ingestion, transformation, modeling, and delivery.
Design and maintain reliable data pipelines and models to support analytics and operational use cases.
Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Improve the reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of the data stack.
Act as a thought partner to leadership on data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role with end-to-end ownership.
Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical data models.
Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and ELT pipelines (e.g., Fivetran).
Solid programming experience in Python for data pipelines.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) and diagnosing data quality issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
Remote position for individuals authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
