Description:

  • Design, build, refactor, and maintain data models and pipelines for product, clinical analytics, and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand data needs and mentor other engineers.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of healthcare data engineering or analytics engineering experience with expert-level SQL proficiency.
  • Strong experience with dbt, orchestration tools, and cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 plus annual bonus and employee equity purchase program eligibility.
