Description:

  • Lead the modernization of Fora Financial's data stack for AI-native analytics.
  • Hands-on role focusing on data platform architecture, ingestion patterns, and pipeline reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and operating production data platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data ingestion fundamentals (APIs, CDC, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake, including warehouse design and performance tuning.
  • Ability to ensure data quality and observability.
  • Excellent communication skills and independent ownership of projects.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
