Description:

Runpod is an AI Developer Cloud platform used by over one million developers for AI experimentation, training, and deployment.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own end-to-end ingestion pipelines and work with a stack including Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, Terraform, and AWS.
Responsibilities include designing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, debugging production incidents, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in data engineering in cloud environments.
Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL; familiarity with other languages (Go, Rust, Scala) is a plus.
Experience with MPP/OLAP warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and orchestrated pipelines (Dagster, Airflow).
Strong monitoring and incident response skills, with a track record of improving production systems.
Excellent written communication skills for documentation in a distributed team.

Competitive base pay ranging from $175,000 to $220,000, adjusted based on experience and location.
