Description:

Senior Data/ML Engineer role focused on building and owning data and machine learning pipelines for compliance decisions at Sardine.
High-impact position at the intersection of data engineering and ML engineering, responsible for feature generation and model production.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in production data and ML systems with ownership of pipelines and models.
Proficient in Python, SQL, and distributed processing frameworks (Spark, Beam, or Flink).
Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS cloud data stacks, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Practical ML engineering experience, including feature stores, model monitoring, and explainability.
Domain knowledge in fraud, risk, payments, or identity/KYC is preferred.
Strong written communication skills and ability to work in ambiguity.
