Reality Defender is a cybersecurity company focused on detecting deepfakes and AI-generated media.
The Staff Data Platform Engineer will manage the AI data platform for various media types, ensuring reliable datasets for model training and evaluation.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in building data platforms or infrastructure with high-volume production pipelines.
Proficiency in distributed processing (Spark, Ray) and lakehouse platforms, particularly Databricks.
Experience with large unstructured media and building reproducible ML datasets.
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and infrastructure automation using Terraform and CI/CD.
Familiarity with synthetic data generation pipelines and supporting ML research teams (nice to have).
