Remote Data Engineer (m/w/d)

Description:

• Build and operate the end-to-end data pipeline: Data Collection → Debugging → Processing → Data Warehouse → Reporting.
• Ensure a fully transparent and reliable data foundation for tracking data generation, processing, and evaluation throughout the funnel.

Requirements:

• Native-level German proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering / Tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), BigQuery / Google Cloud, and HubSpot.
• Experience with Consent Mode, Enhanced Conversions, and Server-Side Tracking.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to C-level executives.
• Nice to have: Programming skills (e.g., JavaScript or Python), experience with APIs/Webhooks, and ETL/Reverse ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran).
