Description:

  • Join Vattenfall as a Data Engineer to work with data at scale for automation and machine learning.
  • Collaborate in either the Data Science team or the Data Streaming Platform team, focusing on forecasting and real-time data.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks) and data storage solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Spark, Flink).
  • Familiarity with Airflow, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Understanding of data contracts, time-series data, and event-driven systems.
  • Fluency in English and interest in the energy domain.
