Description:

Seeking a Data Engineer (HR Support) to ensure data consistency and reporting for HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
Collaborate with Group HR Controller, country HR Heads, and various stakeholders.

Requirements:

Align data types and structures with business needs.
Experience in system migration projects with data responsibility.
Proficient in SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, Excel, and GenAI for data analysis.
Design and implement data processes and governance solutions.
Knowledge of GDPR/data privacy regulations and sensitivity of HR data.
Ability to document findings and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Polish and English (C1 or higher).
Nice to have: experience with global HRIS, process mining, Lean Six Sigma certification, and Power BI dashboard creation.
