Description:

  • Build the data and model layer for an AI-enabled decision-support system in a controlled environment.
  • Focus on data ingestion, record matching, relevance scoring, and generating actionable explanations.
  • Work with low-signal data and ensure traceability of outputs to their sources.
  • Fully remote role with occasional travel (up to 25%).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or ML engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in operational data systems.
  • Active US Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and operational systems.
