Description:

You will develop and implement machine learning and AI models to analyze biological, clinical, or technical data.
You will build and maintain data pipelines (ETL, integration, transformation) to ensure consistent data structures.
You will utilize modern big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure) to automate processes.
You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams from R&D, IT, regulatory, and quality assurance.
You will support validation, documentation, and compliance in a GxP environment.
You will conduct exploratory data analyses to identify patterns, trends, and optimization potentials.
You will present results and derive data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

You have a completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering.
You bring experience in developing ML models, data pipelines, and analytical applications.
You possess knowledge in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or comparable tools.
You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow, Docker).
You have at least three years of professional experience in a regulated environment (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech).
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
