Description:

  • Join Socure as a Data Scientist II in the Digital Intelligence team to develop machine learning features and analytical methods for fraud detection and identity verification.
  • Work with complex data to improve fraud detection, identity confidence, and customer outcomes while collaborating with engineering, product, and risk teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a quantitative field or equivalent experience; 5+ years in data science or related roles.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with data science libraries and distributed data processing tools.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and ability to work with noisy data.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-specialists.
