Description:

Work on deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for a contact center automation platform.
Collaborate with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to enhance deployment processes and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in DevOps or similar role, focusing on deployment automation and infrastructure management.
Proficient in scripting with Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
