  • Active participation in developer communities like GitHub or Slack; open source contributions are a plus.
  • Understanding of the cloud-native ecosystem, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry is advantageous.
  • A curious mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Interest in startups; previous entrepreneurial experience is a bonus.
