Description:

Join Oddball Labs as a Digital Solutions Architect to develop and design technical solutions for federal contracts.
Establish a library of products and solution patterns for a broad federal customer base.

Requirements:

7+ years in IT or software engineering, with 3+ years in a solutions architect or technical lead role for federal proposals.
Proven track record in developing winning technical solutions for government clients.
Deep understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, and AI/ML model lifecycle.
Familiarity with FAR, IDIQ/BPA structures, and federal evaluation criteria.
Comfortable with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear proposal language.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may require U.S. citizenship and security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
