Description:

Lead enterprise AI adoption strategy, governance, and operationalization efforts across corporate and operating environments.
Assess current AI usage, identify opportunities and deficiencies, and develop phased strategies for AI adoption and investment.
Collaborate with software engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and executive leadership to implement AI-enabled technologies and workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology modernization, with 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of software development practices, enterprise architecture, and AI technologies.
Experience with AI-enabled technologies, CI/CD modernization, and secure enterprise AI deployment.
Excellent executive communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Must hold a CompTIA Security+ or be able to obtain one within 90 days of starting.
