Remote Forward Deployed Software Engineer II

Description:

• Full-time, fully remote Forward Deployed Software Engineer II role at Surgence, focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade solutions on Palantir Foundry.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering teams to transform operational challenges into scalable systems that drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product development or software management.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry in production environments preferred.
• Background in healthcare and/or supply chain domains preferred.
• Strong skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and full-stack solution development.
• Ability to work in fast-moving environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Software Engineering preferred.
