Description:

  • ServiceNow seeks a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of Java and Python microservices for AI-native capabilities.
  • The role involves building reliable production systems at enterprise scale, integrating AI SDKs, and ensuring production reliability in Kubernetes environments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • Proven experience as a technical lead or Staff Engineer, with strong backend skills in Java and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with containerized applications in Kubernetes and designing scalable APIs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
