Description:

Join Rockstar to build an AI-native operations platform for patient access, targeting go-live in 2026.
As a founding engineer, own entire verticals of the product and make long-term architectural decisions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in shipping production software, particularly backend systems.
Deep expertise in at least one modern backend language (Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, Go, etc.).
Comfort with relational databases, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), containerized services, and API design.
Strong UX sensibility and experience working closely with users and designers.
Experience building with LLMs, including orchestration and handling model failure modes.
Proven ability to take ambiguous problems, shape them into architecture, and deliver solutions.
Understanding of model behavior testing and governance.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, early-stage startups, and familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem.
