Description:

  • Join ServiceNow's PLATO team to design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Focus on creating multi-agent systems, enterprise-grounded reasoning, and ensuring trust, safety, and governance in AI deployments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • Proven experience in designing and operating agentic systems in production, with proficiency in Python and familiarity with systems languages like Go, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) and knowledge of retrieval patterns in production.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture ownership and mentoring engineers.
