Description:

  • Join ServiceNow's PLATO team to build agentic AI and enterprise-scale search systems for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems that enhance business processes across various domains.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • Proven experience in designing and operating agentic systems in production environments, with proficiency in Python and familiarity with a systems language (Go, Java, or C++).
  • Experience with AI-native SDKs and production-grade AI systems, including RAG and retrieval technologies.
