Join an early-stage AI and construction technology team to build a new BIM authoring tool for AI agents.
Shape the core architecture and potentially grow into a technical leadership role.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience shipping production software; substantial personal projects can complement shorter professional experience.
Hands-on experience with 3D geometry or CAD (geometry kernels, B-rep or mesh modeling, CAD APIs, IFC, or Revit).
Daily practical experience with LLMs and AI agents.
Generalist mindset with the ability to work across the stack.
Startup or founder experience and interest in an early-stage environment.
Fluent in English; German is not required.
Experience with Python, PyTorch, TypeScript, three.js, AEC or BIM workflows, or generative and multimodal models is beneficial.
