Description:

Frontend system engineering role focused on evolving Seeq’s design system and reusable application patterns for a complex enterprise product.
Lead the evolution of Seeq’s frontend system, improving component quality, consistency, usability, and developer experience.
Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to craft reusable frontend foundations that enhance product quality.
Design systems that support analysis, monitoring, triage, configuration, collaboration, and decision-making in data-rich software.

Requirements:

10+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong record in designing and building sophisticated software systems.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, and HTML primitives.
Experience building or evolving component libraries, pattern libraries, or design systems for complex applications.
Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and design tools like Figma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven technical leadership abilities.
Ability to implement accessibility standards and build responsive, scalable web experiences.
