Join PSI as a full-stack developer in the Process Improvement team, focusing on AI solutions development.
Full-time position based in Spain, working on architecting, designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications using modern technology stacks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
Proven experience with Azure services (App Services, Pipelines, OpenAI).
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and SQL, including schema design and optimization.
Advanced Python backend development (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and React/TypeScript frontend development (Next.js).
Experience with Docker/containerization and CI/CD using Azure Pipelines.
Familiarity with Jira for Agile workflows and ability to produce detailed design documentation.
Background in security-first or compliance-regulated environments.
Plus: Experience with AI/GenAI models, enterprise CI/CD governance, and collaboration with data science teams.
