Description:

  • Join n8n as a Senior Engineer on the Growth team to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to improve the Cloud user journey from sign-up to subscription.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React.
  • Proven experience owning growth metrics in a SaaS company, including product activation and retention.
  • Ability to ship experiments independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong product mindset and comfort with ambiguity, moving forward without perfect specs.
  • Data fluency to query and analyze user behavior.
