Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in modern software development with a strong background in backend and full stack development.
Proficient in modern software architecture, microservices, and scalable service design.
Strong experience in backend development (Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot) and familiarity with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript).
Understanding of cloud-native solutions (AWS), container-based environments (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with automated deployment processes and Infrastructure as Code.
Knowledge of relational databases, integrations, testing, and quality assurance.
Ability to build secure and reliable systems with a focus on security and code quality.
Fluent in Finnish and English.
Experience in AI, public sector systems, or Node.js is a plus.
