Description:

Join Lexroom as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape the future of legal AI in Europe.
Work in a squad of 4-5 engineers, making technical decisions and mentoring peers.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of at least one system.
Experience shipping and operating user-dependent systems, with a focus on AI coding tools.
Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Benefits:

Annual salary range of €50,000 – €80,000 plus equity package.
Hybrid work model, health insurance, meal vouchers, performance bonuses, and team retreats.
