Description:

  • Join Thumbtack to help millions manage their home improvement needs through AI tools and personalized guidance.
  • Work with the Business Applications team to build internal systems that enhance operational efficiency and support AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript, with experience in complex application state.
  • Solid backend skills in Go, PHP, or Python, with the ability to learn new languages.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Postgres, DynamoDB).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in evolving environments.
