Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
Strong foundations in computer science and software engineering, with a willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
Experience in designing and evolving relational databases.
Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and transform open problems into concrete solutions.
Experience collaborating in small, agile, distributed teams with autonomy and ownership.
Curiosity towards AI and coding tools, with knowledge of agent-based coding.
