Remote Full Stack Engineer - Innovation Team (100% Remote Germany)

Description:

• Build and deliver privacy-first analytics capabilities, from prototypes to scalable product innovations.
• Own end-to-end innovation development within a small, autonomous team, collaborating with the CTO and senior engineers.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in backend development (PHP/Python) and frontend development (JavaScript).
• Proven track record of delivering features from concept to production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of security vulnerabilities and experience with automated testing and technical documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills; familiarity with analytics, UX principles, and open-source projects is a plus.
