Join Lexware as a Senior Full Stack Developer in a newly formed, agile, self-organized, and cross-functional team.
Contribute to the continuous development of Lexware Office and improve the Lexware Cloud codebase to meet growing business demands.
Make technical and functional decisions collaboratively with your team, focusing on sustainable solutions.
Work independently and responsibly to design and implement robust technical solutions for new features.
Proactively address challenges and maintain open communication with colleagues.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React; enjoyment in both backend and frontend development.
Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS, Gradle, NX, and Terraform.
Strong interest in high-quality software development and ability to navigate complex domains.
Reliable execution of new features while considering technical requirements and team decisions.
Passion for agile software development (Scrum) and effective teamwork.
Experience with AI for productivity and quality enhancement is a plus.
Experience in document management systems (DMS) is a plus but not required.
Excellent German language skills (minimum C2 level) are mandatory.
