Description:
- Build and deliver privacy-first analytics capabilities, from prototypes to scalable product innovations.
- Own end-to-end innovation development within a small, autonomous team, collaborating with the CTO and senior engineers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in backend development (PHP/Python) and frontend development (JavaScript).
- Proven track record of delivering features from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of security vulnerabilities and experience with automated testing and technical documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
