Description:

Spreetail is seeking a Full Stack Python and React Engineer II to help propel brands in increasing their ecommerce market share globally while improving operational costs.
This position is remote and based in India, with working hours from Monday to Friday during India hours.
The role involves delivering high-quality engineering for Merch Tech tools that impact GMV/EBITDA.
Responsibilities include building workflows, APIs, and integrations for merchants, partnering with design and development peers for execution, and demonstrating coding velocity, problem-solving, and ownership.
The engineer will build end-to-end full-stack applications and scalable solutions used by large brands.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3–5 years of engineering experience.
Strong full-stack skills in Python, React, and Django frameworks are required.
Familiarity with LLM APIs and workflow automation tools is necessary, and familiarity with NLP/AI APIs is helpful.
A high execution speed and an outcome-driven mindset are essential.
Candidates must have the ability to validate ideas using quick experiments.
A suitable work-from-home setup is required, including a desktop/laptop with specific system requirements, dual monitors, a strong and stable internet connection, a PC headset, and a high-definition webcam.
