Description:

Join Ondo Finance as a Full-Stack Software Engineer focused on Growth, designing user experiences that drive product adoption and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn user insights into measurable growth across various product metrics.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in full-stack application development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Proven track record in driving growth outcomes through data-informed product work, including experience with AWS serverless systems and product analytics.
Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and experimentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
