Description:

• Seeking a versatile technology professional for full-stack software engineering and solution design in HR IT.
• Develop and operate small to medium-sized HR technology solutions and implement SaaS products.
• Responsibilities include building applications, integrating platforms, and executing data migrations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in software engineering, particularly with full-stack web applications.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and Node.js; familiarity with modern frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud concepts, and system integrations.
• Ability to work with data transformations and migration scenarios.
• Solid grasp of software architecture and solution design.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and security concepts.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A sense of ownership and ability to drive projects independently.
• Experience in HR technology or enterprise SaaS is beneficial but not required.
