Remote Node.js Frontend Developer (REF4968K)

Description:

• The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance frontend applications using Angular (2+) and TypeScript.
• The developer will collaborate closely with backend developers, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Responsibilities include implementing frontend components and ensuring high code quality through code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• The role requires troubleshooting and optimizing frontend performance issues.
• The developer will work in an agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Integration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for frontend builds and deployments using GitLab CI/CD is also part of the job.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript is required.
• Experience with Angular (2+) and/or VueJS is necessary.
• A solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management is essential.
• Candidates must have experience working with REST APIs and backend integration.
• Experience using GitLab CI/CD in a development or delivery context is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are essential.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
