Remote Full Stack Software Engineer - Staff or Principal

Description:

• Full stack engineering role focused on building and evolving Seeq's data analytics platform.
• Work across frontend and backend systems, owning features from browser to database.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, raising the quality bar through technical leadership.
• Introduce fresh technologies and approaches, leveraging AI in software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience for Staff, 10+ years for Principal roles in software development.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Expertise in backend JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala) and databases (e.g., Postgres).
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
