Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in building and shipping production software, with expertise in React, TypeScript, and Python (Django).
Proven ability to own a product surface end to end and handle ambiguity effectively.
Strong understanding of performance and scalability in interfaces, including pagination and server-side filtering.
Experience with AI-native technologies and the ability to provide context to AI agents.
Excellent mentoring skills and a commitment to raising the quality of team outputs.
