Requirements:

University degree in computer science or software engineering with a focus on modern web technologies.
Extensive experience in Backend (Python, Node.js, Java) and Frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) frameworks, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.
Practical experience integrating AI/ML components (OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow) into production software.
Knowledge of healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7) is a plus; experience with "Software as Medical Device" is advantageous.
Autonomous, agile (Scrum/Kanban) working style with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Native German speaker with fluent French (or vice versa); good English required.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and version control (Git) is essential.
