The Fullstack Engineer position is remote and based in LATAM, offered as a full-time or contract role.
The role involves contributing to the design, planning, and implementation phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Responsibilities include software design and architecture, development work, and providing peer review and guidance to other engineers.
The engineer will produce clear architectural diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans while adhering to company standards.
The position requires writing code across the entire stack, including front-end, backend, and database, as well as creating automated tests.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development as an individual contributor is necessary, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
Expertise in .NET and/or Java is required, with Spring Boot experience being a major plus.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is essential.
Candidates must have experience writing and documenting public and private APIs.
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Infrastructure as Code is required.
Experience with relational databases like MySQL or Postgres is necessary, with knowledge of alternative datastores like OpenSearch or Redshift being a plus.
A strong understanding of web development frameworks and architectures is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration across teams.
