Remote Fullstack Product Engineer - Agentic Development (Next.js + TypeScript)

Description:

• Join Hedepy as a Fullstack Product Engineer to enhance mental health access in Central and Eastern Europe.
• Work in a small, agile team (5 developers + CTO) with a focus on data-driven decisions and real ownership of features.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end feature delivery (design to production).
• Daily use of agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Deep knowledge of Next.js (App Router) and React (Server components, performance optimization).
• Solid backend and SQL skills (authentication, API design, PostgreSQL).
• Product mindset with the ability to assess business impact.
• Ability to balance shipping speed and code quality.
• Native Czech/Slovak and English proficiency (B2+).
