  • Join the Claims Management team at Alan, responsible for refunding over €350M of healthcare expenses annually to 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
  • Focus on creating a seamless and cost-effective claims process while building complex systems that operate 24/7.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a passion for building user-friendly products.
  • Proficient in web application development, TypeScript, Python, and modern web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, conversion funnels, and growth drivers.
  • Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility and impact.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and teach; English proficiency required.
