Description:

  • Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical strategy and architecture for digital pharmacy platforms.
  • This role is a highly technical individual contributor position focused on complex distributed systems and API-driven fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expert in Ruby on Rails or Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS; proven experience in designing high-volume API platforms.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $178,400 - $223,000; comprehensive health benefits including dental, vision, and multiple medical plans.
