Description:

Develop and support proprietary applications, websites, and services using React.
Serve as a technical lead, directing development teams to deliver products on-time.
Maintain ownership of the codebase architecture and quality.
Develop new software to modernize Healthcare IT.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
Work with 3rd party vendors and customers to support their hardware on the eVisit platform.
Evaluate processes and tools for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience building enterprise web applications.
Strong proficiency in React, Redux, RTK, and their ecosystems.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Deep understanding of modern web application design architecture and API design patterns.
Experience with WebSocket, WebRTC, Twilio, and video conferencing protocols is a plus.
Driven to own the process and deliver solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
