Remote Robotics Software Engineer

Description:

• Join a pre-Series A startup focused on bringing human-like intelligence to robots using Active Inference.
• Work on building robotic arm systems, contributing to motion planning, control, perception, and manipulation.
• Collaborate with a senior team and take ownership of projects, solving problems and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in robotics (Dynamics, Controls, Planning, Estimation, Computer Vision).
• Proficiency in Python, experience with C++, Git, ROS/ROS2, and simulators (Mujoco, Gazebo).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Nice to have: experience with real-time software, 3D math, embedded systems, and interest in Active Inference or Machine Learning.
