Description:

  • Seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Change Lead for part-time employment to support adoption of Genesys Cloud CX and CCaaS platforms.
  • Role involves organizational change management, enablement, and training for internal teams and customer environments.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a trainer in contact center solutions.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud migrations or implementations.
  • Proven ability to create training programs for various user roles in Genesys Cloud.
  • Strong coordination skills for managing training sessions across teams.
  • Experience in change management, including communication plans and user adoption strategies.
