Description:
- Join WorkNomads as a Genesys Cloud Engineer, providing L2 support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud CX in production environments.
- Administer and configure Genesys Cloud, including users, permissions, queues, skills, routing, and IVR/call flows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX or related contact center technology.
- Proven L2 support experience in a production environment with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ACD, SIP, RTP, VoIP, DNS, TCP/IP, and contact center technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a global team.
