Remote Global Recruitment Lead - AI/ML & Data Programs

Description:

• Lead the design and execution of a global hiring strategy for AI data programs, focusing on annotation, multilingual projects, and specialized domains.
• Build and manage recruitment pipelines across the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC to meet fast-paced client demands.
• Establish a flexible workforce ecosystem, including vendors and freelancers, to adapt to changing project needs.
• Implement structured screening frameworks and certification processes to ensure quality talent.
• Collaborate with operations leaders for capacity planning and workforce readiness.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably in AI/ML, data services, or tech-enabled platforms.
• Proven experience in scaling distributed teams of 50 to 500+ people across international programs.
• Familiarity with multilingual and contractor-based workforce models, and experience in AI data annotation or LLM evaluation.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to build dashboards and adjust strategies based on metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
