Description:

Develop core systems for the exchange partner (agent) system architecture and core code.
Lead the development of the commission settlement engine, ensuring accurate fund calculations under high concurrency.
Process massive trading order flows using Pulsar or Kafka, designing efficient asynchronous settlement and reconciliation mechanisms.
Ensure data consistency in distributed environments and optimize database transaction handling.
Monitor system performance and optimize API response speed under the Gin framework, including technical documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Over 3 years of Golang development experience, proficient in Go language core features (goroutine, channel, gc, etc.).
Familiar with mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM) and microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka) and their use cases.
Proficient in relational database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL), index optimization, and SQL tuning.
Familiar with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) and performance optimization.
Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design standards.
Familiar with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong coding standards, familiar with design patterns, and capable of code refactoring.
Proficient in Git version management with good code review habits.
Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to work under pressure.
